visual bug at red side blue pit

This has happened three times now where I have gone to invade someone at their blue pit at the start of the game(as they kill first buff) where as i round the corner towards that bush, the enemy champ somehow goes through the wall visually(not a flash, their character frame freezes and they travel through the wall). It makes the invade quite difficult as I have no idea where their champion is, last one happened was a yi with teleport/smite so it certainly was not a flash.

Specifically, I am using attack move into the bush as they leave the bush heading towards wolves and I run the game on the lowest settings(not sure if the rendering is just slow as people leave bushes on lower settings or whatnot). Their character on my screen travels over the wall about 200-300 range into where it should be impassable.
