Is AP Fizz still good?

He's a fucking monster against basically all mages. You need max cdr but he is still absolute bs and still dont need your ult to kill so have fun

AD fizz is pretty bad now that they swapped the on hit % health damage back again. Still playable but pretty meh. AP is far better.
