Is Fizz worth buying?
Lately I saw a youtube video and he looked really fun to play! But is he still any good? I know his W is very good.

Having fun will lead to more wins
His W got reverted back to how it was before, so it is a "nerf", though it was broken so now complaining. He is still okay I guess, but I personally don't like him as much anymore. I am not a good Fizz player, so the nerfs made it a lot harder for me to play. His Q can be dodge by blinks now adding more "counterplay" to him so he lost some damage there. Also a lot of his power got funneled into his ultimate, so if you want to pop people you need to hit with your abilities when your ult is up.
Fizz is the same cheesy one combo kill champ as ever.
