dear RIOT, fix your crappy match making system. What's the point of having different leagues, when the teams are such unbalanced.
Don't play ranked! Its just frustrating!
MMR matters more than division. I was placed in B1 after placement matches, but was playing against S1/G5 in most of my ranked games, because that's around where my MMR was.

Would it have been fair to the enemy bronze players if Riot matched them with someone with diamond MMR simply because he let his elo decay? And it's not like there's that much difference between high bronze and low silver anyway.
