Stacking sources of artificial damage got AP Shaco raped by Meddler, so why are other champs allowed to repeat it?
She's up for a rework, and riot already knows the rework was a failure but they also dont want to revert her back to old LB.
Lichbane is subpar unless you are going to be splitting and Luden's is just meh.
