Really good job giving Karma or really any shield champs in general, aside from Janna, some form of compensation for their blanket nerfs.

Gragas was at 43% winrate before the S8. And just now they're putting a buff in the PBE. I'd like to see them do that to Lee Sin.
Yasuo: At 42% winrate. He was at least 2-3% below the second-weakest person in the game.
Karma: 44-45% winrate. Not good by any means, but actually not the weakest either. She can last until the patch.
Your statement would be accurate if they had the same winrate. But Yasuo was quite objectively the worst champion in the game. Currently, Tristana is slightly worse than Karma, however.

Riot Developers have been doing it for years. The community is at fault. There were a lot of people in the past defending them and not holding them accountable for their bias behavior. A popular champion or ADC falls below a 50% winrate for a week and they get a hotfix. Another champion blatantly ignored for years with no compensation for her nerfs, get's a comment that she will be getting something in 4 to 5 patch cycles, which is 8 weeks or more.
The Developers know and they don't care. I don't even think anything is going to happen with Karma because they are going to say she needs a VGU and make us wait even longer. It's not happening. If they couldn't do anything the past 5 years, what makes anyone think they are going to do anything the next couple months? They aren't. They are falsely reassuring the community that they care about Karma and are actively working on her, when in reality they are not even working on Karma and working on the Mini VGU for Ezreal instead.
Sure but her kit is way too brain dead for the impact it does, what happened to all the Karma "mains" during runes reforged patch that said Karma is finally coming back?
