Fishbones mana costs decreased from 20 to 10

Fishbones scaling increased from 10% bonus AD to 20% total AD

W: Zap!

Damage increased to 10/60/110/160/210 to 20/70/120/170/220

AD scaling increased from 140% to 150%

E: Flame Chompers!

Cooldown decreased from 24/20.5/17/13.5/10 to 20/17/14/12/8

R: Super Mega Death Rocket!

Missing health damage is replaced with maximum health damage.

as much as i love jinx, probably my highest mastery champ as well as my highest winrate in ranked, these buffs would make her far too oppressive in lane.

her Q is a good trading tool as well as wave clear already. reducing the mana cost and increasing the damage would by itself make her nearly impossible to deal with in the lane phase wthout jungle or mid assistance.

the W and E buffs are just pity buffs thrown in randomly and dont really add anything meaningful to her kit other than slightly more utility/damage during an all in or disengage.

jinx ulti is meant to be an execute. it does a substantial amount when used on a clustered group of enemies at the moment when used during a teamfight anyway. making it do max health damage is just too much when used in that way. an aoe nuke initiation combined with her aoe rockets would be complete aids and shed be pick or ban just from this alone.

the whole idea of picking jinx is for your team to play as a group around her, judging from peoples attitudes and overall disdain for adcs obviously her winrate suffers when people dont understand that.
