Leblanc rework - Inspiration

Community and Meddler I feel iike, it's very important for RIOT to listen to the community when their saying, they should bring back "old Leblanc." and your right Meddler "old Leblanc" was problematic before, but that can easily be fixed by balancing her damage.

RIOT got to understand that, when the community want "old Leblanc" then it's her "kit " they want back and not the massive damage.

When i guy like Faker who is "three time world champion" - "world best player" and known for being the best player with Leblanc, then you got to listen what he have to say and take that as an option.

After Rework, Leblanc is banned more in the pro scene After you decided to rework Leblanc, her ban % increased in the pro scene, which also have alot of meaning.

Leblanc counter LoL community needs to understand that there is already so many champions, that are good/decent against Leblanc such as "Ryze, Morgana, Syndra, Kassadin." that have always been good/decent against "old Leblanc" and "new Leblanc"
