Is Elise getting buffed?

I'm debating learning either Wukong, Rek'sai, or Elise, I heard Rek'sai was getting nerfed and was wondering if Elise is getting buffed or if I should learn Rek'sai/Wukong

I would avoid Elise for now, she has a really cool kit but shes kinda useless to be honest. I mean compared to others right now.. Her damage is pretty awful.

Elise is getting minor buffs in the next patch - the limit on the scaling damage on both of her Qs is being raised by 25 at all levels (will be75/100/125/150/175). But they're tiny buffs.

I love Elise and she's fun but I'm not sure I'd recommend her. Out of those three I'm not sure I'd recommend anyone, Wukong was apparently hit hard by the jungle and Rek'Sai is getting heavy nerfs too.

Wukong is fine in the jungle as long as your smart with your W timing on tanking hits and take the camps in the proper order. Try and get a Raptor smite-gank around lvl 4 if you can otherwise rush 6 then start going to town ganking bot from lane bush or something.
