Feeding Snowball

We have all had those games where on lane feeds the fuck out of their lane and that lane basically solo carries their team. A great way to remove this effect would be to get rid of the experience you get for killing someone. The gold from a feeding champ isn't as snowballing as the exp. gained. I had a game where all my team held fine except mid that fed their mid was lv 14 when all our lanes were only 10. makes it really hard to fight like that.
