Is twitch really gonna make it into patch 6.24 with no real nerfs?

If you don't already know(be thankful you don't) twtich REALLY OP right now. He currently sits at a 57% winrate at plat+ he has a 60% winrate in game that end 0-25 mins and a 55% winrate for 40+. despite this he is making it into patch 6.24 with nothing but a mana increase to his W(his last maxed ability). It's also worth mentioning that Fervor is getting a pretty significant buff this patch(60-80 AD, 10-8 stacks, stacks last 4-6 seconds) that will likely make him even stronger. Here is a link to the patch 6.24 rundown page. http://www.surrenderat20.net/p/624-pbe-cycle.html Twitch has been a problem for awhile now, but do to his incredibly low playrate it wasn't that big a deal. However, he is just plain OP and needs real nerfs right now.

edit: it's really crazy how bias people are to ertain champs. Vayne has a 53% winrate "OMG OP NERF THIS CANCER" Syndra 51% winrate "WHY ARE YOU TAKING SO LONG TO NERF RIOT?!" Twitch 57% winrate "not a problem downvote if anyone says otherwise..." [zombie-brand-clap]

I don't understand what you're saying....

all of those champs destroy adc's

only time a twitch can solo carry is if u dont have champions like these that can kill them easilly

ADC is a problem because with IE and some crit your crits are practically unavoidable burst mid game

I do agree twitch is strong right now but he is no need of a hot fix nerf, They also should have reduced his Q stealth time like they originally planned to but what ever. I'm just glad they didn't touch his E.

Legit curious and not being cheeky, but if 57% winrate is not a real problem then at what winrate would you say twitch is a problem?

Twitch's Strength is honestly a change of the meta more than anything and item 3153 being buffed again.

didn't answer my question lol he also doesn't build item 3153. at least it's not in his most popular or highest winrate build. The way i approach winrate's is that they are somewhat unreliable, but if you take factors like playrate, average games played, and winrate by game length it gives you a really good idea on a champs strength. IMO everthing else being normal(depending slightly on the champ) if they are 50-53 they are strong, but most likely "meta" strong and are fine. 53-56 they are most likely too strong(from buffs or meta) and need tuneing. 56+ they are blatantly overpowered and needs direct nerfs possibly hotfix nerfs. this depends slightly on champ, but aside freak winrates i think this is fairly reasonable. Twitch has a 57% winrate with a 10% playrate, and 27 average games played. This is an obvious case of "blatantly overpowered" IMO.
