People say how "meh" it is, but IMO it's one of the best for a fighter.
If you wanna add a little fear component to it or whatever, go right ahead. But PLEASE don't get rid of the bonus AA range.
A 100% rework is probably a bit much... A small scale one with some power shifting i'd be fine with.
Heck if they just made his ult fill his bloodwell to full, or atleast halfway if he hits an enemy champion i'd be fine with it.
I think that he doesn't need a full rework. I think all he needs is a ad ratio on his ult.
Or maybe make his ult a regular ability and nerf it a bit, then give him a new ult. For example:
E- massacre- deals 50/70/100/130/170 damage + 50% AP + 75% AD in a range of 375
R- something else, maybe with extra AA range
I still don't see how fearing enemies away helps a melee champion that relies on enemies being close to him to fight though, even with the increased range
