The fact that you lose lp for dodging a game is ridiculous

Hey im not challenger or high elo so calm down. All I want to say is what is exactly on the title. Here is some background info on why I am talking about this.I just dodged a game where we had a going jg and I asked why and then he responded with "wtf are you retarded, Where is supposed to go?" to which I said top but then he continued calling me retarded and said that the reason he was going jg was because of his w healing. Then he said picking jhin was the most retarded thing in the world that I was not playing him mid made me an inter. So I decided the best course before I dodged and went to check his profile in op.gg. Surprise surprise he never has played in ranked or norm and he was a main ( as well but both were less then 50% win rate, he was also lvl 33 and in G5 which he recently got into). Then I decided to leave. I lost 10 lp and got a 30 min ban from queue and I was pissed. Why should you lose lp for dogding a game where you could have lost even more playing a losing game. The queue banner is fine. I have doged many ranked games before because my teammates where bringing champions into roles they have never played before. Dodging to save lp is a legitimate strat. I have seen many people talking about how to rank up, and one thing they all have said was doge games that will 1) Waste your time 2) Tilt you 3) Make you lose anyway. So I get how Riot wants to make it so if people make you waste your time by leaving lobbys get punished but you can do that by just having a queue ban and not losing points. I know for a fact that some people (if still reading this) have doged a ranked game knowing that these people were gonna make them lose. Before I end you could say that I could have given that a chance but when he joins the lobby and starts cursing the moment someone is just curious to why you are doing it. It seems the best thing to do is leave before you both get tilted
