THIS is why Riot Has so Much Trouble Balancing
They change (usually for the worse) balanced, rarely played champions for no reason. Spending so much time on Karma who is one of the most balanced champions in the game doesn't help anything.

Give them time. There are some pretty smart people sitting at riot... Much smarter than you and I in any case. I'm sure they have good reason to do what they're doing.
