Grevious Wounds should reduce healing AND shielding..

Lets be honost here, Janna and Lulu with their perma shield is just pure bs against assasins or other ADC's that may be behind.

I know im going to be downvoted into oblivion, but atleast give it some thought and how many times you COULD have killed that adc if the shield was just a litttllee smaller

Thought about it. Downvoting.

Shielding needs to have diminishing effects while casted on the same target.

What about mage mains who take barrier? What about bruiser and juggernaut mains who buy Sterak's? What about assassin mains who buy Hexdrinker? What about tank mains who play Sion or Nautilus? If they think this is bad, are they wrong?

Shields don't bleed.

I'd like to see something in this ballpark to put a dampening on shield-a-palooza. For Mages the only way to get grev wounds is morello 3000gold so that is already extremely reasonable and already extremely situational to buy since you are giving up CD and Mana for grev wounds + mag pen. Change executioners to fully build into mortal reminder before it gets the shield cutdown portion. That then gives a powerful laning phase but offers a way mid game to slice down the giant Janna shields. Either that or just gut Janna's shield.
