Talon is basically a better version of Zed
Better roaming, easier burst, good all levels, falls off less, doesn't get destroyed by everything ranged till 6.
Is there really a reason to pick zed over talon (unless you one trick him)?

Call me when talon Gets a Non targeted Blink, isn't gated by mana essentially being resourceless in lane, and gets untargetability and long ranged poke.
Oh, and you know, the ability gain bonus AD from kills.
In contrast, Talon is basically immobile unless he can run to a wall or click Q on an enemy.
Zed has way more outplay potential while Talon is locked to flank the enemy team, kill someone or die. He's more of a QWER get a kill champ while Zed has a little more to it, which some people like and are drawn to Zed rather than Talon because of it.
Zed has a ton more on-demand mobility. Two blinks that don't require a wall is much better than wallhops in fights.
