A few small changes to make Trundle more relevant / less frustrating

EDIT: I suppose I should have given this a more sensational title since now it's almost instantly fallen off the front page without anyone looking. Perhaps, "You won't believe these 3 insane secret ways to make Trundle fun that Riot doesn't want you to know".

Trundle is OK, but he's just a tad weak and frankly pretty frustrating to play.

The main problem is his E, the pillar. People still walk through it... a lot. The most common case is that you cast the pillar under a champion, or pinning them to the side of a wall, and the game, wanting to take them out of "impassable terrain", lets them squeeze right through whichever direction they are headed. In other words, when there's a "tie" for Trundle's pillar on deciding which direction the enemy should be forced, the enemy wins.

I think Trundle should win! To this end, I suggest that if the pillar actually emerges under a champ, the little channel breaking bump it gives them should always put them on the side of the pillar nearest trundle, instead of the typical case of bumping them in whatever direction they were going.

The net effect of this is a mild range increase and increase in control/disruption on Trundle's pillar (which is his most iconic move), and additional reward for Trundles to nail champs with it.

The other issue with Trundle is his passive. It starts out weak (2%) and scales up to a maximum of 6% at level 15. Only, it also scales up with everything generally getting more HP as the game goes on. Or to put it another way, it has TWO scaling components conspiring to make it weak in the early game, to the point that I would not consider Trundle to actually have good early game sustain. I don't think it would be preposterous to bump up the starting point to 3% or even 4%.

Finally there's Trundle's Q. The frustrating thing about this is it stops you dead for just as long as the enemy and can't be animation canceled like an autoattack. Depending on items/masteries, you will actually lose distance Qing despite the minislow. If Trundle could eat just a little faster it'd be nice.
