A Little Change To Annie's Ult

I have been playing league for a long time, and every time I come up against an Annie, one of my main concerns will be Tibbers. Annie would instantly burst anyone with Tibbers and leave barley any reaction time. I believe that Annie's ult should have a little channeling time( Similar to when Annie throws Tibbers into the air in the League of Legends cinematic, A Twist of Fate). I think this would be a little more balance and giving player a little reaction time for Annie's ult.

Then annie would just stun you with her instant W or unavoidable Q And when you are stunned you can't avoid Tibbers even with the channeling time.... And if you nerf Annie like that then you would need to buff her somewhere else since I don't think she is currently too strong?

People have asked for this change for eons my friend and ti isn't happening. Riot has outright stated that they want her to keep it during the MYMU. Unfortunately, Annie a poster child recipient of Riots favoritism.
