Okay I have been in quite a lot of games ever since the new honor system was released, and have been receiving quite a lot of honor too. However, I don't seem to be progressing to the next honor level. Also, when I look onto another player's profile, it doesn't show their honor level. It only shoes "Honor Level." Can someone tell me what is going on.
Honor is a much longer progression than things like Champion Mastery. You shouldn't expect to go up in a matter of days, but more so a matter or weeks to months. Riot has said it is meant to be a season long progression, so there will be a lot of time to spend if you want to increase it.
Right now, you cannot see others honor unless they are level 3 or higher.
Honor level is something that takes a very long time to raise. Just continue being sportsmanlike and you will eventually climb in Honor.
Honor levels do not display for other players if they are not over level 2.
The one thing I'm sad about is that you can't honor the opposing team at all. And I get about 1 honor in about 7-12 out of my 20 games.
Progress is slow and not shown, because they don't want your honorable behavior to be reinforced by the realization that your honorable behavior makes a difference. They want it to be reinforced by feedback from teammates. [zombie-brand-facepalm]
