Small Annie Rework

Probably dumb but I would still like people's opinions. It's quite simple.

Passive: Stun changed to root. Does not apply on Ultimate but Ultimate does count as a stack

Ult: Now has an AOE Slow of 75% that falls off over 1.5 seconds to 25% for the next 1 second

In option one for ult, this gives her a massive aoe slow and potentially another root if she planned her abilities in the right order. This also allows for some counter play with flash or mobile champs.

And this also keeps her as a viable support option with the massive slow in team fights but not absolutely broken instant 5 man stun.

Just my opinion, It could be absolutely broken, or completely useless. I just think this would make her laning phase less of a "if you approach your minions while i have my slow, you will die" and it lets her get countered by the mobile assassins that should be able to kill her.
