The fact that these very obvious bots are able to get scores like this and not be instantly permabanned is just... unacceptable. Period.

The reason that these bots are so prolific is because Riot doesn't care, and refuses to take even the most basic steps to mitigate their usage.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize that going 0/15 or 0/14 is the result of intentional feeding or botting, a simple automated system could take care of these types of extreme cases with no need for human interaction.

There's plenty of countermeasures that Riot could put in, that would automatically and instantly handle botting. They just need to actually bother to care about the player experience.

They ban bots en masse every now and then. So the programmers don't know how easily the bots are detected. Preventing them from honing the programs more easily due to constant feedback.

it could be that riot is getting a % of the profits when these bots are sold and has agreed to only ban them every year right before end of season rewards

ignoring that there could be an even simpler method to prevent botting, make it so that if somebody with those scores cannot level behond a certain level without showing improvement(like past level 5). It would save truly terrible players from getting banned(youtube highest mastery score twitch) and also prevent bots from getting any good use at all.

a few months ago i had a 2-14 ish ranked game.. it was probably my worst game and i wasn't inting. i was just really tilted cause my last few games had inters and i was also playing on auto-pilot.
