Need help getting unstuck

I started in silver 5 and climbed to gold 5 pretty quickly. I found myself climbing pretty fast and eventually got to gold 3 promos. From then on I've just been non stop losing. It seems like the players I'm matched with are a much lower skill than before. I know I should be able to climb and this isn't a good excuse. Does anyone have any advice for people struggling after being so successful earlier in the season but just hit a wall?
