Don't you all think Morgana needs a nerf or some sort of nerf same as xerath. I mean tbh as morgana you can just stun people for a long time. For me in my perspective It would take longer to be honest. As for xerath A rework would be cool for him maybe a new passive new kit make him more fun to play in summoners rift?

These are just my ideas I mean Xerath is fun so is morgana, but Morgana stun is too much and Xerath doesn't seem very exciting just sitting in the backline gpoking people.. i would expect a bit more for both.

I think their kits are fine, they have counterplay (force on xerath when he is out of position, bait morg black shield then go in). Morgana's snare is also one of the slowest projectiles in the game, so it makes sense that it will snare for a long time if it hits. One of the easiest projectiles for Yasuo to windwall, for example.

They are both mages, so it makes sense that their kits are designed for heavy damage with low to moderate cooldowns spells.
