Why punish us when its your fault?

So Riots servers are buggy and laggy once again on EUNE thats not a surprise its a huge online game that is played by millions and it can come to few errors here and there but this is the first time I was punished for declining too many games in a row beacuse I just couldnt click the button or I clicked it and it registered as I didnt click it so essentially I got punished for trying to play. It really doesnt feel nice when you get punished for doing nothing wrong, instead of apologizin to us for having buggy and laggy servers they punish us like we arent already punished enough for having to deal with the servers. Most other online games give you a gift or something in that matter when their servers are down/laggy/buggy but league punishes you? I dont need a gift I just want stable servers or atleast dont punish us when its your fault.
