Just after patching the game i decided that i would like to play a match with a friend, however regardless who makes the match i cannot select my roles due to this black screen i have been sitting at it for quite some time and have relogged in hopes that it would fix it, im about to do a re-install but befgore i do i was hoping to hear the someone would maybe know a fix.

Im having the exact same issue. Reinstalling the game only temporarily solves the issue for me.
Hey dude! i found a solution to this bullshit. I Looked EVERYWHERE for a permanent fix but this is the best i could find. It works for like a week then you have to redo it... however - IT WORKS!!
Go to this file location and delete the file i have highlighted and then restart your game. http://imgur.com/6g4yhwD This will delete the specific game file thats jacked so you dont have to completely reinstall the game every time this happens.
