People get used to the way the game is changing

Additionally, don't talk down to us. We don't know you from Adam. Acting superior like this won't make any of us feel like listening to you. If you want to command respect then prove you deserve that respect first.

People complain about changes because they don't like the direction something is headed toward. It's like in voting... you get to pick a side and have some influence. Telling people not to raise issue with something they don't like and just quit is like telling the citizens of a city... well, your city just flooded... deal with it. We aren't going to send any aid or help repair stuff or pump water out. Just move elsewhere and suck it up. Doesn't really make sense to do that now does it? So then why would players who have been a part of this game not make their voices heard when they don't like the way a game is headed? You'll lose a lot more people than you gain if you disregard massive issues being raised by players from all sorts of different positions, roles, styles within the game ALL having issues with the direction it's headed. And once you lose someone, it's harder to get them back than it is to pick them up the first time around. So your new gains are temporary and probably less numerous while your losses are more likely permanent and greater in number. Doesn't sound like a great method to grow.

I have always just enjoyed things in games while they last, knowing it will all change someday.

Whenever a game I love comes out with changes, big or small, I look for the good in it.
