Discussion on Yasuo's mobility

When someone says how Yasuo has too much mobility, there's usually someone who mentions "yeah but he needs minions in order to dash, he has no way of escape without minions, thats his weakness". Ok, but he at least has a dash, what about the other champs who have no dashes? If Yasuo has " no mobility " without minions, well guess what, all the other champions without any form of escape are even more screwed aren't they? A lot of champions have "no mobility" period.

This is so incorrect it's almost sad.

Let me give you a lesson on champion roles, and why some have mobility and some don't.

Champions who fill the role of being a skirmisher or an assassin have the most mobility, they need it to kill people. That is their job. Ahri Riven Zed Fiora Camille Yasuo all fill this role. it is their job to be mobile.

Champions that don't have much mobility are usually bulky juggernauts and tanks who are there to soak up loads of damage and have tons of CC, or are good at not dieing and can disrupt fights with their consistent damage. Maokai Darius Garen Nasus Nautilus fill this role. Do you understand why Yasuo has his mobility now? If Yasuo had no mobility like the others I listed as tanks and juggernauts, he would get insta-bursted like an assassin and wouldn't have any CC to suffice for his lack of damage. Learn to counter instead of looking to nerf. It won't happen.

I guess I should have been more clear what I meant, my bad. I understand that skirmishers or assasins need to have mobility in order to get to enemies to kill them, I just believe Yasuo has a little too much, given how good his other abilities are. Funny enough though I do like him as a champion, its cool and all, but thats why it would be nice to have his dashes cut back a little, his reputation has been ruined because he is just too good of a champion. And also, it doesnt matter too much if he is squishy, if he can escape so easily. Notice I only mentioned his high mobility, I think his other abilities are fine like they are, so Im being very fair here, a lot more than others who just ask to remove Yasuo or remove all his abilities lol. What do you mean he "has too much"? Compared to Riven free dash and shield up every 3.5 seconds and the Q reset from Fiora , and zeds above average base speed coupled with his shadows, Yasuo's mobility is situational. If he has no minions he can't dash through anything regardless of who he wants to kill. All the others in his class can do it as they please.
