How to get rid of lagg?

Hi guys. So my internet is working fine. I'm doing tests in cmd ping and I get 40 ping constantly and no lag spikes. However, some rare matches in league of legends I have instant lags where the connection just falls off.

Almost like there is a problem with league of legends, maybe packets or something

Anyone know how to fix this ? Its annoying me when it happens and reconnecting doesnt help anything. I say again, nothing wrong with my connection.

If you're playing through wireless internet, consider hardwiring and bam, no more troubles. If you're currently wired idk what to tell you. I just know that people typically underestimate wifi interference so I thought I'd say this.
