Low ping but not stable as it used to be

Not sure if anyone else experiencing this but as from that patch of 8.2 and from January 28th 2018, I have been getting some strange ping issues. I used to have 31ping steady that would never jump to lower or higher. From the 28th and on, Ive been getting a small spike from 31 to 38. It jumps up and down but never goes pass 40 to lower then 30.

My provider is Optimum. I have a wired connection. I have no other things running on the internet on my computer or network. Every other game seems to be normal ping of what I usually get csgo, battlefield etc.
