Dead champion can sometimes cause a blocked space for movement

Im not sure how long this has been going but recently i have stumbled upon it twice in my games. One was aram, Killed a kog(enemy) and completely dead including passive down. I was not able to click anywhere near the champion death spot nor move on top causing some sort of blockage. Another was a ranked game, orianna was dead(enemy) in a given spot in a brush and i was not able to interact with a control ward because of this "blockage" which was in meele form for my champion. I had to go slight bit around the champions dead body to take out the control ward.

Recently this has happened to theoddone on stream with olaf and xerath. Time on linked vid: 2:11 Same exact thing has happened twice to me but in oddones case he was blocked under tower.

I am not sure how to reproduce this bug at all it just happens. Since this has happened to a streamer I decided to report it just in case it gets worse and frequent.
