Ahri's charm
When I was playing as malphite in a ranked game, I went to ult the ahri and she threw a charm at me and it completely stopped my ult, is this supposed to happen?

That's because nothing can stop malphite's charge... except love, because love is stronger than everything else :p
Joking aside, it was a bug that riot said was corrected in 5.8. If it's still in the game, i suggest you report it in the "report a bug" section of the forum.
It was mentioned in the 5.8 patch notes.
