Doesn't that make sense?

just add a way to report a troll and if someone has been reported 5-10 times in the past 2 weeks-month then give them a notification so i know not to let them take a carry role. give them a orange border of shame or something. i just hate when we can be winning and a team mate can die once, call it gg and troll the rest of the game... as ... while in sitting on 3-3-14 and carrying bot lane if she will aa 3-4 times. c'mon people trolling is for children... small children.

I would be up for seeing how many times a person has been reported. It would help players have a higher chance of getting match that would be more fun, and less rage. It could also say how many times they have been falsely reported.

It makes zero sense actually. Discriminating trolls by making their record known to the public goes completely against the whole discipline system that Riot has established. That is, a system of reform. In addition, other players will likely discriminate the player who has had a few bad games where they overreacted a few times. Riot clearly would not want to encourage such an environment which is why they removed the ping/latency indicators during load up.

And it is true that players out there have made accounts just for the soul purpose of making players upset or throwing there matches because they find it fun.
