Does Jinx REALLY need any changes? I find her completely fine. If other adcs are strong than nerf em.

Edit: Passive already is PRETTY satisfying why would they buff it more...

I don't think it really gonna be that much of a buff just making it feel better when it does proc, maybe the movespeed doesn't fall off as harsh would be nice

I dunno about passive but I haven't played the champion since they nerfed rockets. They just feel so clunky.

If it was Ahri he'd write an essay defending it.

If they want to buff Jinx why not just buff the rockets a bit. They were nerfed to scale 25% less with Attack Speed. Lower that 25% to say 15% or 20%.
