Ryze Build Conflict

Ok so I have always loved my blue boy Ryze, but not sure which af the main itens to build. I usually go for seraph start, but am aware that aiming for muramana brings higher damage. I prefer seraph due to more cdr, but dont want to drop out on damage output. I usually go for ROA second, but am worrying if i am wasting potential damage by not going for a double tear, although the stacking would be wonky, and auite some tankiness would be lost. Out of the 3 items, which should i be going for and in what order?
