Noble buff not appearing

So far I have played 3 games of ranked, and in my last 2 games my noble buff has appeared inconsistently. I first noticed it on the drugs in my 2nd ranked game I think and have had confirmation from another player so it's not just a visual bug on my end. This was with the first stage of the noble buff, not with the all 6 nobles - since the bug prevented me from advancing to a stage where I could get all 6 - and have not yet successfully recreated it in normals. I will not try to recreate in ranked as I have already lowered my rank enough due to this bug

Had it happen to me in Normals - I had to refresh the 6-buff every round by removing and re-adding a champion to get the game to actually trigger.

Nothing like getting smashed with your auto-win lategame comp because the game decided you didn't suffer enough trying to econ...
