Rageblade and Evelynn's Ravage

I was just wondering why Evelynn's ravage doesn't stack the new Rageblade twice... I mean it counts as 2 auto attacks. I think that it should, if ravage can be dodged by Jax or blinded by teemo then why is it that it doesn't count as a basic for this one instance? Does anybody else agree that Ravage should stack Rageblade?

IIRC rageblade stacking is an on-attack effect, while rageblade AoE damage is an on-hit effect. So Ezreal Q won't stack rageblade either, for example, while Nasus Q (which is an enhanced AA) would.
