Magic to damage Structures?

Hi all,

I think it's only fair that we get to use Magical attacks to damage structures. I'm finding in those moments at close-range to the Turret, I can't do ANYTHING as a Sorceror really.

Sorcerors ARE known to do mass damage to cities, so why can they not here?

And think about it, technically if the game were designed right, the whole system of Health Points for Turrets and Inhibitors SHOULD be able to coincide with the damage scaling numbers for Magical spells, no?

Whadda yall thing?

Turrets take 60% of your AP if that amount of damage is higher than bonus AD.

I've literally oneshotted the nexus as a late game Veigar with item 3100

Ziggs Tristana Teemo all do magic damage to turrets.

mid to late game they do enough damage to towers imagine Ekko doing more damage to towers lol

AP increases your auto attack damage to turrets

But Ryze, Nidalee, Malphite's Charge, EVERYTHING should work on Turrets! Fiddlesticks Crows especially, as those buggers are known to tear apart watch towers in the south.

Why? So when you cant poke the champ in lane your poking the turret for plating.

There is already magic damage to structures mages cried it in in season 6 and rito gave the the ability to do 6 adc auto attacks worth of damage in one auto once they reach over 160 ap. Mages just dont abuse this and build Legend alacrity and 10% movement speed which is much better than the bit of ap they get.

Mages are also known for their large built up time and Large down times after using spells but we dont ever advocate for these parts of mages or for mages to not have 120- 85% the hp pool of tanks when in the average rpg mages would have 300 hp where a fighter would have 7k and a tank would have 13 k
