I seriously need help getting out of Silver 5

I really don't even know what to say right now. I'm so frustrated. I've played 7 ranked games today, and lost 5 of them.

I don't even know what to do. People feed their fucking asses off, and it's disproportionate. I've lost over 80 LP today, and with the exception of ONE. SINGLE. GAME. none have been my fault.

1st game: My team's bot lane feeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeds the enemy Lucian. Their bot lane finishes 20/3/25, my bot lane finishes 5/14/9. 2nd loss: My team's Vayne just finished placements. Likely a fresh level 30 account that for whateverthefuckingreason is placed silver 5. My bot lane goes 0/16/2. Enemy botlane goes 10/2/22 3rd loss: Our malphite decides that because he GOT a gank (not got ganked... no... shen ganked his lane) that he would int all game. He goes 1/16/2... I believe the 1 and 2 are when he sold his mobis toward the end of the game so as to not be in as much trouble when reported 4th loss: My fault. I got ganked very successfully by Elise, Akali gets first blood and what the hell can you do from there. She can towerdive you and come out from beneath tower with more HP than she started. I misplayed, I gave first blood to a suuuuuuuper snowball champion, I lost. Fine 5th loss: Our dumbass fucking idiot duo of "plat 1 smurfs" decides that this is a silver game, and so it doesn't matter. They pick Nautilus and Leona and FEEEEEEED their fucking dumbasses into hell. They went full AP. Leona finishes 2/16/20 which I guess is better than the inting malphite. Ifinished this game 14/3/14.

What am I doing wrong? I try to roam and help botlane, but often by the time I hit 6 they'll already be up 3-4 kills. I really don't know what I am supposed to do as a player. Obviously I misplayed the 4th game and could have easily improved myself then, but what am I supposed to do when Lucian is fed by a terrible bot lane? What about when Vayne is a fresh level 30? What am I as a player supposed to do when Malphite intentionally feeds (and flames and yada yada if it's possible he did it)? Why can two fucking idiots come down and ruin my game simply because they're fucking plat?

I don't really know if I'm just venting or honestly asking... what as a player am I learning when bot lanes are SO FREAKING STUPID??? I know that over time, it should technically average out, but holy snot... 4/7 games in one day games being ruined for reasons I have ABSOLUTELY no control over? Come on... And keep in mind that, in the 3 which I DID have control, I won 2. And in TWO of the games in which I did NOT, I still got incredibly fed and lost... I know I'm definitely not that great of a player, but I'm probably definitely certainly better than the scum I have been placed with today...

Anyway what should I do because clearly I'm not good enough to win

Well step 1 take off those mpen quints, they are literally garbage just take ap. Step 2 only pick Talon, Ahri, and Xin since you can't pull a 50%+ win rate on anything else.

I'd probably take flat mr and scaling hp too, but that doesn't matter as much.

People in that rank make so many mistakes that you can abuse and they farm bad. Get really good at csing, aim for atleast 80 10 min in, 180 20 minutes in and so on that alone will make you climb to atleast gold. And like I said punish enemy mistakes, in that elo they will overextend without vision, walk in range of your skillshots, not respect item/ level powerspikes, don't overextend and play too aggressive yourself till you get a lead, rather punish them every chance you get.
