I've been freezing and farming at my tower for 20 mins. E W AA AA dead I missed all my abilities except my R, but you have no MR and I have 3 balls. "Captain Teemo on duty." I landed my E, what a shame. JG Top, lv 3 gank pushed bot? GG. Wild pokemon proceeds to two shot your midlaner from 700 range.

Assassins need to have mobility to be considered assassins. Otherwise they're burst mages.

Anyone can have mobility when you have flash :-)

summoner 3 Everyone has CC summoner 11 Everyone has innate sustain summoner 7 Everyone has more innate sustain summoner 14 everyone has true damage and grievous wounds. summoner 21 Everyone's a shield bot Everyone has GP's Oranges. summoner 12 Everyone has Shen's ultimate....

That's a little disingenuous, flash is unironically mandatory on all but 1 or 2 champs unlike the flexible second slot.

summoner 12 / summoner 6 is a common thing to see in toplane. Singed uses it all the time, Nasus uses it pretty often (although Teleport/Flash with Stormraider's is becoming far more common), Darius can use it.

Some supports will run summoner 3 / summoner 14 , depending on the enemy team.

Akali could honestly forego flash, since it's not much compared to her ultimate (R is far longer range and shorter cooldown. W can get you just in range of your ultimate). summoner 21 / summoner 14 would work best on her, or maybe summoner 6 as an option. Ahri could probably do the same.

Hecarim always gives up flash for ghost.

Shaco always gives up flash for ignite.

Kindred Could probably get away with giving up flash in favor of summoner 21 or summoner 3 . Maybe even summoner 7 . Their Q is enough to not need flash (enough to get you over any wall, if done correctly), and they need the defenses more than a little extra mobility.

Olaf Usually gives up flash for ghost.

Tryndamere Could give up flash pretty easily

Yasuo Probably doesn't actually need flash.

Tristana Can jump across miles of terrain, flash is basically useless on her past level 10

MasterYi Sometimes takes ghost in favor of flash, so that he can gank effectively pre-6. Not as effective later in the game, though.

That's a 3 champions that always give up flash, 5 that usually do, and 13 that could do it and expect to win, on top of however many situational times people won't take flash.

So you listed a shit ton of champions that are nothing like assassins...but leave out MonkeyKing Hecarim , who can instantly 100-0 ADCs if they build full damage which is not their primary or meta build and have the tools to do so (Vi has a fucking targeted CC immune gapcloser FFS)

Guarantee they don't 100 to 0 you unless they are fed - even full build. Also, couldn't we say... adc's have point-n-click burst that is only matched mostly by SKILLSHOTS burst combos of mages and assassins - and adc's burst doesn't stop - it's also their dps. Oh snap.
