A STRONG SUGGESTION FOR THE TRIBUNAL!!

Honestly who's toxic and who's not in every game really depends on who your matched with.

This is how being toxic works in Riots point of view:

Say we have Player A who said "OMG stop feeding u suck" to Player B. Depending on who player B is, Type 1 person will think to himself "Ya I do suck sry team for the lose". Type 2 person, however, will get offended over that comment and retaliate. So now, according to riot, you got 2 toxic players in game.

Now, Player C is a nice guy who wants to diffuse the situation and win, so he says "Guys we all make mistakes lets work together we got this". However, Player A responds "Are u dumb? This game is so over cuz ur all dumb retards". Player C gets offended and say something like "stfu ur muted". Another player(s) might get offended for being called a retard and respond "Pls stop bit-ching and just play". SO NOW, according to riot, we got 4 toxic players in game now who needs to be punished. To make the situation worse, Player A might go extreme and say "Go fkurmother" to one of the players or even throw death threats. Now that can make players throw insults just as bad, back to player A who's the aggressor.

So in conclusion, WHAT HAPPENS TO ONE BAD APPLE? It spreads like a virus. IF player A wasn't in that game, then everyone would have played in peace. But now, after game ended, Player A is mad so he reports everyone. Now everyone are prob gonna be punished for being "toxic". However, Player A is the one who should get a ban and lose his season rewards, not the one who got insulted with death threats and retaliated, or any of the other guys. The others should get a warning, or no punishment at all. THE AIM SHOULD BE to GET RID OF people like player A from this game and not falsely OR OVER HARSHLY punish the victims. Without people like player A, the community will be automatically be a lot more positive.

It is HUMAN NATURE to respond to harassment, bullying, and insults especially the extreme ones. So at school someone says "Im gonna fk ur mom in the as-s". What do u do? Just walk away like a coward? I dunno about u guys, but every school that I've been to, If the teacher sees someone insult back after being bullied/insulted. The teacher will punish the aggressor, and quite often leave the victim alone or warn him about his actions. (Unless if ur in kindergarden but that's a diff conversation). POINT OF THIS IS, when riot post chat logs AND when riot reviews them, they should not EXCLUDE the chat from other players. Instead, they should show everyone's chat, just like the old tribunal. Whoever the judge is should also keep this nature in mind. This should make things more fair as well as making the judge's decision not bias.
