Riot, Can we get Tiered Masteries based on points again?

Now before you down vote this post into oblivion, let me explain.

T1-T5 is based on points. They're the basic masteries to give your teammates confidence that you're not a first time tristana jungler. But when they released T6-T7, it didn't feel as rewarding, knowing you can play 2-5 games and get T7. I mean I played Illaoi support to get my T7. That doesn't mean it's not as rewarding to some, but can't we go back to the points system again? There are so many dedicated mains like a 3.3million Bronze Galio. The world needs to know!

My main point is to give the people who never stop playing one champ to get higher recognition :) It doesn't need to be flashy, It's a symbol after all!
