Skarner, the Crystal Vanguard.
He's seen as one of the less popular champions, and very unlikable in the meta. I think that he should be reworked as a fighter/tank, or maybe even an assassin! Come on Riot, this champion has so much potential. It's a freaking scorpion!
He should stay the same class as he currently is.
Reworks shouldn't be an excuse to delete a champion and create a new one in their spot, they should be about updating a champion to be funner to play as and against in a more balanced way while still maintaining their identity, essence, and unique qualities.
And Skarner is a tank. His signature move is applying debilitating CC and he's made out of solid crystal.
increase range on ult or decrease cooldown so it's as spammable as blitz's ult
