The difference is that the others build QSS to counter a 120 sec cooldown ult.
Zed will get QSS for what? Ahri's charm that will be back in 12 sec? Considering you need to wait 90 sec before using it again.

How is this a big deal. See the thing is when we builds QSS on a ap mid it doesn't build into shit all. Merc blade has always been awesome on zed/any ad. Too busy laughing at all the idiots below who don't understand this xD

as fun as this can be, its not like Zed loses much with this...Mercurial Scimitar still has 80 AD and a lot of Resist LOL.
I dont get it... I almost always go for qss as zed.. It works well with him if you know how to use it in tandem with his ult
Plus scimitar has good ad and mr and ap mids are usually what I'm up against these days

maybe they should give a 1 seconds cd on akali ahri and lb to dash back sense well lets face it if an assassian cant dash in and out then there not really an assassian
and sorry lb can dash both in and out 4 times 2 times more then zed making her all in even worse

Bruh it's not about QSS. QSS isn't going to help you R-Back as Orianna is ulting you after you ult. You are DESTINED to lose that machup now. You no longer have the tactical, skillful choice and freedom.
Not the first time Riot reduced Zed's skill cap. The other time was when they reworked his ult. But damn these are heavy reductions. I'm really finding this champion unsatisfying to play now. You are preventing people from showing off their mechanical prowess with these changes, ESPECIALLY this 1 second thing.
