Aatrox Changes

So I know that this won't go over well with the community but I feel as though Aatrox needs some form of quality of life change because currently, his E is underwhelming. Don't get me wrong, he still is viable and I still feel fine picking him in my games. However, Aatrox doesn't quite live up to his lore or look right now. Since Riot doesn't seem to want to give Aatrox his second E at all, what would be a good and healthy change for Aatrox? I have really enjoyed playing Aatrox and I worry that Aatrox will continue to be ignored.

P.S: I'm simply voicing the overall consensus of the Aatrox main subreddit without all the toxicity and the Revert Aatrox. Hopefully, I across as respectful.
