Here's the list of all rotating gamemode that existed and that have played at least once. (I wasn't there when first time one for all was out but i experienced first urf with infinite maokai e and old ap sion that permastunned you with old taric lvl 1)

If anyone is interested to know what the gamemode was back then. Ask and i'll respond with pleasure when him available.

Don't forget the poro king :P Used to play poppy and Pvp karthus in ascention as it first got released, would play it more if it wasn't there every week though.
