Good bye Malzahar, You used to be decent but now you're a slow walking squishy perfectly designed to feed. Your Shield, that used to block incoming CC is now 1 auto away from negated.

Your voidlings which used to be able to tank dragon now die instantly when hit by drag and baron. They used to be so cool when they frenzied toward the enemy but now zombie slowly to the enemy and die in 2 hits. Malz, I know you used to enjoy being able to jungle. Its ok you can try another lane.

Well, yea your mid lane days are over too. Sure you will still do ok in AI games and bronze, maybe even silver in mid. As long as your getting carried.

But your win percentage just took a nose dive because you are so nerfed, so good bye to ranking up with Malzahar... my advice is pick ANYTHING else.

Don't worry we have set aside a nice plot in the support lane for you where you will annoy your ADC to tears because your voidlings can't protect anymore, and you have no Peel, No Heal, and No QWE CC.

But its ok, you still got your ulti right Malz?

O...sorry to hear that. Yea, I know its a cheap buy and gives the ADC huge damage and has no downside to the purchase. Its ok.

I don't know why people talk trash on Malz. As #4 Jinx in the world, I'm going to be honest with you. I find malz SUPER easy to destroy. I simply violently destroy him. Once I get qss, it's considered as 4v5 instantly. Malz is literally nothing. When I have malz in my team, i had to pay attention and too much work just to protect malz when I am clearly needed to be protected. I'm not sure how malz is "op" when he simply isn't op like before. Once I get QSS, i basically disable malz's ult. From what I see, I felt bad that you really want to play malz, but you are incapable to play him because it forced him to play q,w, and e only.

I remember that I played against diamond malz 5 times, and I destroyed them 5 times. I will try and get any riot member to be here. Let's hope that they can explain to you better why Malz gets nerf.

I'm sorry, but I'm really getting tired from this QQ about Malz. Yes he got nerfed, he's by far not Ryze/Azir level of bad right now though.

Because it wasn't a failure to begin with right? Giving someone with an ult that screams "i point and click you to death" lategame such a passive spellshield is a big design fail. Considering they don't want to remove the shield his power has to go in terms of balance.

No. It was not cool when spaceaids racecars were chasing you for ages without even losing speed. Riot added counterplay to this bullshit.

You mean like it does to literally every CC Ult ability (that isn't a knockup)? It counters Cassiopeia's ult, it counters Rakan's ult, it counters Amumu's ult. What's your point?

I am honestly quite shocked that Riot's attempt to make champions like Malzahar and Kindred better again, made them worse than before....then there's Zac who now has a high ban rate making him nearly unplayable (10 ban system) how do you mess up 3 reworks in a row!? i have to admit, at least Zac is good as opposed to being completely useless because its obviously easier to make minor adjustments to a champion who is effective. Next rework better be worth the time, i'd honestly rather have new champions if the reworks continue to fail like this. :(
