How to buff Ivern without breaking him (From a former Ivern main)

As a former main, it is quite sad to see that is pretty much an auto-loss at his current state. He greatly could use some buffs.
Passive: Friend of the Forest
Health costs removed.
Mana costs increased from 149-111 to 152-117
Q: Rootcaller
Root duration increased from 1.2/1.4/1.6/1.8/2 to 2 seconds all ranks
W: Brushmaker
Range increased from 800 to 1000
Patch 7.8 reverted; Brushmaker can now hide epic monsters.
E: Triggerseed
Shield strength increased from 75/110/145/180/215 to 110/145/180/215/250
