needs more of a nerf. as it stands right now, she will continue to dominate the early game because of the extra scaling, and be absolutely impossible to deal with in the late game with this current item set.

We just need to get rid of Vayne's HP-based TD...removing BORK just guts the power of every other ADC, and makes Twitch entirely useless

It gives too much compared to the other ADC rush items. It's cheaper, gives sustain as part of build path, a solid active, and unlike IE, has an extremely forgiving build path (fall behind building BoRK? All the components are dirt cheap, the most expensive being the BoRK "recipe". Fall behind building IE? Have fun saving up for all the components, they are all expensive.)
