Aatrox players being almost as toxic as Yasuo Players.

Most of the games I have played recently where either my team has an or the enemy team has an all have had the same common issue of these players being toxic. My last game I had gone against one who not only kept telling my team to "ff" every time he got a kill, but whenever someone died he would walk up and make his character look like they're humping the dead body. Aatrox needed a rework, but with these newer buffs to him and , he is able to heal large amounts of health with a single cast of Q. These players feel unstoppable, overpowered, in general they feel like a God. Is there anything Riot can do to fix some of these issues to help the community not have to deal with toxic people like this? It's one thing to BM spam an enemy, but every kill, the entire team, has to drop whatever they're doing to begin "humping" my dead teammates while saying "ff" because they can duel an entire team with their ultimate and . This has turned into a similar situation a large amount of the community has dealt and are still dealing with, being Yasuo players thinking they're also God. Riot can we do something about this?
