No, just no. If you've ever actually played that match up against a decent ; If you FEED riven (implying more than one death) then you get your ass** snowballed **on and get tower dove 100-0'd over and over because riven is one of the hardest snowball champions in the game.

Stack armor as you will, but because she is fed she can just get and you should still be fucked.

If she wants you to deal no damage to her she can just get as well, and continue to wreck your ass.

Honestly, the only way to win that matchup as nasus is to NOT give her free kills and basically farm under tower.

Sure, she can squander her advantage and let you free farm, OR she can start roaming/tp'ing on your team and make you lose the game while you are trying to catch up.

I guess it all depends whether towers are weak enough for Nasus to catch up/win the game while Riven is teamfighting and pushing towers elsewhere. Yes, they push faster, because multiple people, but 1) Nasus, and 2) teamfights take time.
